Bored With Losing

So other than a few minor signings, the Dolphins have not really made a splash in free agency.  With Buffalo signing, the Jets trying to sign the entire Ravens defense and New England making waves with the Cassel trade the Gabril Wilson and Jake Grove signings have not exactly made national news.  That being said, I think it is time for an update so enjoy this video about Brendon London training.
